We've worked with different contractors before (not always a good experience) and these guys were awesome! To start, Steve came to our home a few weeks ago and after reviewing our property, gave us a folder with a little biography, along with a quote and a color chart. Right away, everything felt extremely professional and homely. I could tell by the folder and the way he described his company that he is passionate about what he does. He also mentioned that his two sons handle the installations, which I thought was great since it was a family run business. Initially, we had actually agreed to go with another company until I realized the other companies license was suspended because both their workmans comp and insurance expired. When I checked The Gutter Connection's license, I saw that there had NEVER been a lapse in insurance or workers' comp, which pretty much sealed the deal for me. We scheduled an appointment, and Steve's sons arrived today. They were polite, well dressed, and professional. My husband and I were happy right away. During the job, they pointed out that one of the original plans for diverting water wouldn't work as expected. We agreed upon an alternative and it turned out beautifully. After the work was done, we walked around the house and were thrilled with how clean, seamless, and beautiful everything looked. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. They're kind, professional, and truly talented. Having worked with other contractors before these guys know how to get a job done right. They worked diligently with us to match the colors of the gutters and downspouts with the colors of the house, and to arrange their work schedule in accordance with our own busy schedules. I had Gutter Connection install gutters on two of our houses. They did such a great job on our rental house that I had them do my home. Steve came out and gave us an estimate and Kevin and Chris his sons did the installation. They arrived on time, did the installation and cleaned everything up when they left.
