Who are we?

Our company

The Gutter Connection is a local, family owned and operated company. We are the Bartley’s and we have over 30 years experience in the gutter installation industry. We have an excellent reputation for our top quality craftsmanship and materials.

Our father and founder, Steve Bartley, started out his career by becoming a sheet-metal journeyman where he learned how to work with metal. After working in the sheet-metal industry for over 10 years he decided to become a fire fighter. Upon becoming a San Diego firefighter in 1987, he started The Gutter Connection as a part-time business. After his retirement from the fire department, The Gutter Connection soon became a full-time family business.

Since then we, Steve’s two sons, became part of the team. We each have years of experience and are dedicated to keeping the business going. We run the business as a family and all have the common goal of offering our customers the highest quality workmanship possible. In fact we do most of the work ourselves to ensure the quality and attention to detail in every aspect of the job. We also do all of our estimates personally to provide the best quality customer service and to make sure all of your questions are answered.

We pride ourselves on doing it better than our competitors at a very competitive price. We have a contractor license (#654373) and we are bonded and insured for your protection. There’s a lifetime warranty on materials and 10 years on our labor. We look forward to doing business with you!
